Wise Guys Moving - Claim Process

  1. Claims can be made up until 8 days after the completion of the moving job. Claims cannot be processed until the full invoice payment has been received.

  2. Foreman or Dispatch Manager will assess the damage

  3. Foreman will take clear photos of the damage (3+ photos showing various angles)

  4. Initially, we (WGM Dispatch Manager/Unit Manager) will investigate the cause of the damage and check on the customer's level of valuation protection. (Please allow 48-72 hours for this process)

  5. The next step is to determine what action must be taken: 1) if repairs can be performed or prepare appropriate valuation compensation based upon the shipper's valuation selection.
