Job or Move Refund/Cancellation Policy

  • Wise Guys Moving reserves the right to cancel a move or job at any time for cause.

  • If Wise Guys Moving cancels a job or move, any monies paid to Wise Guys Moving for the job or move will be refunded to customer within 5-10 business days.

  • There will be no refunds upon completion of the job/move.

 

Job or Move Cancellation by Customer

  • Job or move cancellations must be received within 48 hours of booking of job in order for the customer to be eligible for a full refund. After that time and if the booked job was set to occur within 48 hours of the booking, no refund will be issued.

  • Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Cancellations will be accepted via phone or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

  • All refund requests must be made by the customer or credit card holder.

  • Refund requests must include the name of the customer and address of job or move.

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment or a check will be issued for cash payments received.

  • The above policies apply to Wise Guys Moving jobs or moves.

Rescheduling Job or Move

  • Job or move rescheduling must be received no less than 5 days prior to the day of the job in order for the customer to NOT be charged for cancellation.

  • Rescheduled jobs/moves received after the stated deadline will cause a forfeit of the $100 deposit as a cancellation fee.

  • Rescheduling will be accepted via phone or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation/rescheduling deadline.

  • All rescheduling requests must be made by the customer or credit card holder.

  • Rescheduling requests must include the name of the customer and address of job or move.

  • The above policies apply to Wise Guys Moving jobs or moves.
